Not right for your pet? Email help@burrowmade.com with your order number within 60 days of delivery and we'll make it right. Depending on the situation, that means a full refund, a replacement, or a swap for the other product. We'll tell you which when you write in, and in most cases you won't need to send anything back. If we do ask you to return a bottle, we'll cover the shipping label.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of approval. One guarantee claim per household.
