If you or your pet aren't happy for any reason, email help@burrowmade.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll issue a full refund — you don't need to send the bottle back. Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund it at no cost to you.
